| Sensei Scott began training in karate at the age of 14. He received his shodan and nidan in Shotokan karate. He then began training in Motobu ha Shito ryu under the instruction of Sensei Ron Davis, and was promoted to nidan in Shito ryu in 2004. Jackson Karate Academy was opened in 2005 where Sensei Scott continues to teach the art of Motobu ha Shito ryu. He was promoted to yondan by I.S.K.U. in 2009. |
